The Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger can have different models and sizes which this channel plates are formed with corrugated surface known as herring bone pattern to increase heat transfer. During the assembly process, every other channel plate is rotated so that herring bone patterns are facing the opposite directions. Whether applications calls for counter-flow or co-current flow of fluids through the brazed plate heat exchanger, this design helps to achieve optimal flow and liquid distribution through the channels with minimal pressure drop.
